Shipping Policy

At the moment we are only shipping in the UK. We are gradually expanding our shipping destinations.

Shipping time: 2~ 5 business days

Shipping Detail:

All estimated/typical delivery time are derived from real-world data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.
Shipping times will be affected by public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is out of our control.

Return & Refund Policy

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days from receiving your online order. Please email us immediately at daisyanddaughters@gmail.com.
All items must be in their original condition; unworn, unused and unwashed. If the item/s do not satisfy our requirements the items will be sent back to the recipient.
Refunds are made on 'faulty' items only.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
